Counselling is a collaborative process where you can explore and resolve personal issues that may cause trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and fear. Lorraine provides a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment for you to begin your journey towards healing and personal growth.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be challenging, especially when you feel unheard, undervalued, or constantly walking on eggshells. When couples reach a point of uncertainty-wondering whether, to stay or go counselling can be incredibly beneficial. Lorraine offers Relationship Training that explores all aspects of your individual lives, supporting you to understand the origins of challenging behaviours and beliefs. This process allows couples to heal past wounds, and create a more intimate, loving relationship.

Acknowledging feelings of overwhelm, fear, or embarrassment about counselling is normal. When you're ready, take the step— "Just Do It". Find a counselor you feel safe and comfortable with and trust your gut feeling. Both face-to-face and online counselling sessions are available to suit your needs.
